The first official photo has been released for the currently untitled holiday film that previously was known as “Red One” on the Amazon Prime service.
Production has commenced on the four-quadrant holiday family film, which stars Dwayne Johnson, Chris Evans, Lucy Liu, Kiernan Shipka, J.K. Simmons, Bonnie Hunt, Kristofer Hivju, Nick Kroll, Mary Elizabeth Ellis, and Wesley Kimmel.
Jake Kasdan (“Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle”) directs the project, which plans to launch a franchise and has merchandising throughout the Amazon universe.
“Fast & Furious” scribe and producer Chris Morgan penned the script based on an original story by Hiram Garcia, who produces alongside Johnson, Kasdan, Morgan, Dany Garcia and Melvin Mar.
